Dan and his team are excellent! We originally planned to list our house in April 2020 before our second child was born, then the pandemic hit, throwing our plans for a loop! Dan was so gracious and patient, working with us, keeping in touch and answering all our questions as we tried to figure out our future. When I got a job offer out of state several months later, Dan helped us move quickly to get the house ready, reassess the new market and list the house. The team had a very detailed and extensive marketing plan to get the word out about our home, including the cool "coming soon" feature before it even listed. It all worked and we had two offers on our home within two days of listing! I started working with Dan when several attempts to sell an older home in the Hamilton section of Baltimore City wasn't working well. He made some suggestions, we went away and did those things, then he put it on the market. It was sold in 16 days. We then had him represent us on a townhome in Columbia. Following his advice, we sold that home in 6 days. So, when we decided to move to Florida and put up our home in Elkridge, Dan had us an offer within 4 days. It fell through, and he had another the next day. That deal closed.
