He was knowledgeable and very helpful in selling my house. Was able to list and show immediately. He was able to present me with a list of bidders in a week, and was able to close shortly after and for more than expected. Will recommend Dan to anyone looking to sell.

Mr. Dan is awesome! He’s reliable, efficient, trustworthy, and knowledgeable! Mr. Dan helped me sell my house and didn’t steer me in the wrong direction. Even when the buying process became long and had some twists and turns, he never left me to figure it out myself and stuck the course until every last piece was completed. I didn’t have to worry when he said he would handle it because he stands on the power of his word. Even through a family emergency, he made sure what I needed was met! I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! I now live in another state, but I would pick him again each time to do business with! Thank you so much Mr. Dan (and his assistant Ms. Anne - who is great too!)

Dan and his team worked closely with me throughout the selling process.
